Orders typically take around 6 weeks from start to finish. Production and quality control takes 25–30 days, followed by 7–10 days for shipping to your door.

The minimum order quantity is 50 hats per style. If you'd like multiple hat colors, each color requires its own MOQ of 50. Samples are available as a single unit, though they're less cost-effective — we recommend ordering no more than one. We can also send you one of our premade hats so you can feel the quality before committing, saving you both time and money.

Getting started is simple. All we need is a picture of your logo (any format works) and an idea of the hat color you're after. From there, our design team handles the rest — creating embroidery files and mockups for your approval.

Absolutely. There are two ways to go about it — we can produce a sample hat with your exact branding and colors, or we can ship you one of our premade hats so you can feel the quality firsthand. The premade option is quicker and more affordable, so it's a great starting point if you just want to get a feel for what we make.

Your logo can have up to 10 embroidery thread colors — more than enough for most designs. Not sure how to translate your logo into thread colors? Our design team will help figure that out during the mockup process.
